1. 收集的資料
- 帳號資訊：Email 地址（帳號識別）、以 bcrypt 雜湊加密的密碼，儲存於 Upstash Redis。
- 使用量：每月轉錄次數計數，用於免費方案配額管理，35 天後自動到期。
- 訂閱資訊：Gumroad 訂閱狀態（方案、取消訂閱時間），用於選擇帳號方案。
本服務不在伺服器端保存您的 AI 筆記、逐字稿或錄音內容。所有筆記資料儲存於您裝置的瀏覽器 localStorage。
2. 音訊處理與逐字稿
您上傳的音訊檔案，會透過本服務伺服器傳送至 Google Gemini API 進行轉錄與摘要處理。本服務不永久儲存原始音訊；AI 生成的逐字稿與筆記回傳至您的瀏覽器後，由前端儲存於 localStorage，伺服器不留存。
您可於設定頁的「匯出筆記」功能，將所有筆記匯出為本地備份。

3. API 金鑰的傳送與儲存
您自行提供的 Gemini API Key 與 Notion Integration Key，儲存於您裝置的瀏覽器 localStorage。當您使用 AI 功能時，金鑰會透過加密的 HTTPS 連線傳送至本服務伺服器以處理當次請求。本服務不將 API 金鑰寫入資料庫，金鑰僅在伺服器記憶體中暫用，請求完成後即丟棄。
清除瀏覽器資料即可移除本地保存的金鑰，伺服器端永遠不留存您的 API 金鑰。
4. 第三方服務
- Google Gemini：AI 轉錄與摘要，音訊與文字會傳送至其 API。
- Notion（選填）：若您設定匯出，筆記內容會傳送至您指定的 Notion 工作區。
- Gumroad：付款處理，訂閱狀態由 Gumroad Webhook 通知本服務。
- Upstash Redis：僅用於帳號資訊與訂閱狀態的雲端儲存。

1. Data We Collect
- Account: Email address (account identifier) and bcrypt-hashed password, stored in Upstash Redis.
- Usage count: Monthly transcription count for free-plan quota; auto-expires after 35 days.
- Subscription: Gumroad subscription status (plan, cancellation date) for plan management.
We do NOT store your AI notes, transcripts, or recording content on our servers. All note data is saved in your device's browser localStorage.
2. Audio Processing & Transcripts
Audio you upload is transmitted through our server to Google Gemini API for transcription and summarization. We do NOT permanently store audio files. The resulting transcript and AI notes are returned to your browser and saved in your localStorage — our server does not retain them.
You can export all your notes locally using the Export button in Settings.

3. API Key Handling
Your Gemini API Key and Notion Integration Key are stored in your browser's localStorage. When you use AI features, your key is sent to our server via encrypted HTTPS to process that request. We do NOT write API keys to our database — they are used in server memory only and discarded after each request.
Clearing your browser data removes locally stored keys. Our server never persists them.
4. Third-Party Services
- Google Gemini: AI transcription and summarization — audio and text are sent to their API.
- Notion (optional): When you export, note content is sent to your designated Notion workspace.
- Gumroad: Payment processing — subscription status notified via Gumroad Webhook.
- Upstash Redis: Cloud storage for account info and subscription status only.
5. Data Deletion
To delete your account and all associated data, email zzz38123@gmail.com. We will process your request within 14 business days.
